About Our Net
The 85 Ragchew Net is a friendly gathering place for amateur radio enthusiasts in Western New York and beyond. Operating on the WB2KAO repeater system, we bring together operators of all experience levels for conversation, technical discussion, and community building in the true spirit of ham radio.
Whether you're a seasoned operator or just earned your license, you're welcome to join our regular nets. We discuss everything from radio technology and antenna projects to whatever comes to mind within the bounds of good taste. One caveat.....no politics or religion. Our community values respect, friendship, and the joy of wireless communication.

Weekly programming update
Amateur Radio Newsline now airs on the RagchewNet Repeaters every Saturday at 7:00 PM.
Join us each Saturday evening for the latest Amateur Radio Newsline report at 7:00 PM, followed by the Green Eggs and Hams Net at 7:30 PM on the RagchewNet Repeaters.
